A project manager is assigned as the central communicating point for the customer and the entire Usifroid team involved in the project.
Led by the Project Manager, the team includes the design people, the manufacturing representative and the field engineer who will install the system. It also includes the sales people involved with the sale of the system.
The Project Team remains responsible until the completion of the order. To carry out his mission, the project manager uses a traceability matrix. This document is developped from the customer’s URS and guarantees the compliance of our products during the project.
